Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. A $50 reschduling fee is charged for changes made within 48 hours.

How much are house cleaning services?

This depends on the size of your house and your customized requirements have a chat with our customer happiness officer to get an instant quote.

How much do you tip a house cleaning service?

There is no requirements to tip our staffs, but tipping is always appreciated by our cleaners who go above and beyond. The entirety of the tip gets passed through to the pro — Sureclean doesn’t take any percentage. It’s a great way to show your appreciation for your pro and a job well done.

Does move in move out house cleaning include laundry?

The move in move out cleaning crew are not trained to do laundry, thus they are not able to perform any laundry service during the course of the session. Do have a chat with our Customer Happiness Officer to enquire about our weekly general cleaning service which includes services such as laundry

How long should a house cleaning take?

It depends entirely on the size of your house! A general move in move out cleanning will take 3-4 hours for a 3 room HDB/Condo apartment. Depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have, our checkout process will automatically scale your booking to the recommended amount of time for a home of your size.

What is your plan cancellation policy?

After the payment is done and the service confirmed, no cancellation is allowed. You are however able to use the equivilent credits for all other Sureclean services.
