You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. A $50 reschduling fee is charged for changes made within 48 hours.

Thus the responsibility of the removal of paint and cement stain should be with the contractors.

It depends entirely on the size of your house! A general move in move out cleanning will take 3-4 hours for a 3 room HDB/Condo apartment. Depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have, our checkout process will automatically scale your booking to the recommended amount of time for a home of your size.

After the payment is done and the service confirmed, no cancellation is allowed. You are however able to use the equivilent credits for all other Sureclean services.
