How the estimate is calculated
Our rate card lists starting prices for each service. These prices vary by home or item. For HDB flats, post-renovation and spring cleaning are priced by flat type. Deep floor cleaning, which involves machine scrubbing of tiles and grout, is an additional charge. This is because it requires dedicated crew time. Housekeeping services are billed hourly. Mattresses, sofas, and curtains have individual item or panel pricing. Washing machines are priced according to their type and the cleaning depth required. For condo and landed properties, pricing depends on floor area. We will provide a written quote once you share the property size.
What is included in the price
All Sureclean prices include an employed, trained and insured crew, equipment and cleaning products, and the written scope you confirm on WhatsApp. There are no hidden transport fees. Is the calculator price the final price?
This is the base rate for your chosen cleaning service. We’ll send you a final price confirmation on WhatsApp before you book. This price will only change if the actual job differs from our standard checklist, like if there’s heavy renovation mess or a significantly larger unit than usual.
Why is deep floor cleaning separate?
Wiping down tiles, grout, and vinyl using specialised equipment is a distinct service from a post-renovation or spring clean. Therefore, it is billed separately, as an add-on ($360* for a 2-room flat, up to $900* for a Jumbo unit). Select the relevant option in our calculator to view the complete price.
Do you charge GST on top?
Our published rates exclude GST. The quotation we provide will state the final price, inclusive of GST.
