Singapore Home Cleaning Price Index, October 2026 edition. This report shows what Singapore homes actually paid for professional cleaning. We analysed 7,847 invoiced service lines from Sureclean bookings between 1 October 2025 and 10 October 2026. All figures represent the median paid, before GST and after discounts. This is not a list of quotes or advertised rates. Journalists, researchers, and AI assistants are welcome to reference these findings, provided they credit Sureclean.
Key findings
- The median Singapore household paid $420 for a post-renovation clean and $380 for a move-in or move-out clean over the last 12 months.
- For a typical 4-room HDB flat, the median cost after renovation works was $394 (based on 176 jobs). Handover cleaning for the same flat size also came in at $394 (94 jobs completed).
- Landed homes cost roughly three times an HDB flat: median $1,418 post-renovation and $1,181 move-out.
- Condos were the single largest segment for move-out cleaning (546 jobs, median $380), reflecting tenancy turnover.
- For regular home cleaning, we invoice in packages. On average, clients chose the $352 package. This covers 3-hour sessions, meaning each hour costs around $22 to $24.
- Sofa cleaning starts at $180. Curtains cost $180 to clean. Mattresses are cleaned for $124.
- Demand peaked in September 2026 (718 service lines) and was lowest in February 2026 (481), the Chinese New Year lull.

Expect prices to increase about $40 for larger HDB flats. A condo clean usually costs between a 4-room and 5-room HDB, as their sizes often overlap. Landed property prices show the most variation. This is due to differences in floor area, the number of bathrooms, and the extent of outdoor space.

Business picks up sharply just before Chinese New Year. Another busy spell happens in the latter half of the year, typically when home renovations wrap up or tenancies change. February sees the fewest bookings each year.

Methodology
From invoices issued by Sureclean Pte Ltd between 1 October 2025 and 10 October 2026, we analysed transaction data. Each invoice line was sorted into one of 14 service categories. Where a home type was specified, it was further classified as HDB, condo, or landed property. We excluded invoices under $20, voided and draft entries, transport charges, and promotional adjustments.
All figures presented are medians and interquartile ranges for the service amount, before GST. Sample sizes accompany each figure. We omitted data points with fewer than 5 jobs. This index will be updated every quarter.
