For a typical 3-room HDB flat, our team takes about 3–4 hours. Larger units like a 5-room HDB or executive maisonette may require 4–6 hours. Condos and landed properties are assessed individually.
2. Can I book handover cleaning if I still have some furniture?
Yes. We will clean around furniture where possible, but for the best results, we recommend removing as many items as possible. If you have large pieces that cannot be moved, let us know in advance.
3. Do you clean the inside of cabinets and drawers?
Yes, we wipe down the interior surfaces of cabinets and drawers as part of the handover cleaning service. However, please remove all personal items before our team arrives.
