Unlike a standard spring clean, it targets the unique mess left behind: fine silica dust on every surface, adhesive residues, paint splatters, cement film on floors, and sawdust in hidden corners. The Deep Floor add-on takes this a step further: a separate floor-only service with machine scrubbing, grout cleaning, and removal of stubborn construction stains, priced by flat type on top of the post-renovation clean. Post-renovation cleaning can be booked on its own at the first column’s price. Deep floor cleaning is an optional add-on priced by flat type; it is not included in the standard post-renovation price.
