When To Schedule Your BTO Move-In Cleaning
Timing is the single biggest mistake new BTO owners make. Book cleaning AFTER all renovation, defects rectification and contractor punch-list works are 100% complete – never before. We recommend this sequence:

Chemicals & Tools That Are Safe On New HDB Finishes
Brand-new finishes are unforgiving. Use the wrong cleaner and you etch quartz, dull stainless steel or bleach freshly painted walls. The Sureclean approved kit:
