What is the minimum hourly cleaning booking?
Two hours. This covers travel cost and ensures the cleaner has enough time to make meaningful progress. Most HDB 3-room maintenance cleans take 3-4 hours with one cleaner, 2 hours with two. Bookings under 2 hours are not accepted.
Are cleaning supplies and equipment included in the hourly rate?
Yes. Vacuum, mop, microfibre cloths, NEA-approved chemicals, gloves and trash bags are all included. You only provide access, water, and any specialty product you prefer (e.g. for marble surfaces or fragrance-free homes).
Can I book the same cleaner every week for hourly cleaning?
Yes. Recurring weekly slots get the same crew rotation, with one backup cleaner trained on your home in case of leave. You don't pay extra for crew continuity — the locked rate is S$26/hour for recurring weekly bookings.
